feat(latex): 配置 natbib 参考文献系统并插入引用

pengxiao/2026_DesignAI

- 新增 DesignAI.bib（Garrity + 普尔等 2 条）
- preamble 添加 natbib + plainnat 样式
- ch01/ch02 插入 \cite 引用（共 5 处）
- 参考文献加入目录 outline（\addcontentsline）
- 删除 ap07-references.tex，由 \bibliography 自动生成
